Health Education England have been shining a light on some of the remarkable work conducted by their apprentices supporting the COVID-19 NHS front line effort and one of these featured apprentices is Mushtag Kahin, a Trainee Nursing Associate at South London and the Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.
Whilst Mushtag's current training programme has been put on hold she has been working on a male acute Mental Health ward, supporting those with acute psychiatric illnesses.

April Mills, a Widening Participation Apprentice at Brighton General Hospital has also been helping with the front line COVID-19 effort by delivering clinical observations through daily live streams.
